all Mokador products. Our master roasters expertly blend the unique taste and delicacy of Columbia coffees
and the subtle-tasting Santos coffee, and add high-altitude Guatemala- and Costa Rica-grown beans. Gran Miscela
Mokador has a delicate taste with hints of fruit and flowers and a velvety hazelnut-brown cream when poured
in the cup.

over time. Separate roasting: the individual coffee varietiesare roasted separately to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each single variety. Air cooling: immediately
after roasting, aromas are fixed in the beans through a naturalforced air ventilation system. Controlled storage: coffee is left to rest for a period of 20 days in special silos and only afterwards, when flavour is at its richest, is it packaged ready for consumption.
